Delete my data

Before you start

Wiznord has no accounts, so there is no email address to look you up by. Your installation is identified only by a random code the app generated for itself.

Finding your device ID

Open Wiznord and go to Settings → Data → Device ID, then tap it to copy. Paste it below.

What gets deleted

• Your device record — the random ID, its usage counters and the dates it was active.
• This is everything our server holds that relates to your installation.

What does not get deleted

• Courses that were generated. These are shared learning material used by all users and contain nothing about you — no record of who requested them. Deleting them would remove other people's library.
• Data on your phone. That never reaches us. Remove it in the app with Settings → Data → Clear local history, or by uninstalling.
